Abstract

An analysis of avalanche incidents that occurred in the Ile Alatau Mountains was carried out. Information about victims and damage for the period 1951-2020 has been processed. The purpose of the study is to analyze accidents and develop recommendations for their prevention. The connection of emergency incidents with the degree of avalanche danger in mountainous areas is also considered.
